Registration


    The InPerson registration fee was 1045.00 USD (included 200.00 discount) before April 18, 2023
    After April 18, 2023, the InPerson registration fee was 1245.00 USD


    The OnDemand registration fee was 275.00 USD

Student Registration

  • To qualify for the student discount, you must complete the Student Verification section of the Registration form. (Postdocs are eligible for many Keystone Symposia scholarships and travel awards but are not eligible for the discounted student registration price.)

    • The InPerson student registration fee was 745.00 USD (included 200.00 discount) before April 18, 2023
    After April 18, 2023, the InPerson student registration fee was 945.00 USD


    The OnDemand student registration fee was 150.00 USD

What is included with InPerson registration?

  • Secure Mobile App
  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Meal/refreshment functions as listed in the program

    • Registration fee generally does NOT include:
  • Lodging
  • Transportation
  • Lunches and dinners (meal formats vary by location... check program for specifics)
  • Abstract

Keystone Symposia accepts the following methods of payment in US Dollars:
  1. Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB (payable online)
  2. Checks drawn on US Banks and US Money Orders * - How to Register
    * Checks and Money Orders must be mailed to our office.
  3. International Wire Transfer - This option is provided only to international customers who are not able to pay by other means.   Click here for details about wire transfers

    4. * Changes in payment type that result in a refund are subject to a processing fee.
    * Currency exchange gains/losses are the responsibility of the registrant and the Keystone Symposia will   accept no liability for money loss through bank charges, transfers or currency fluctuations.
